This fall’s hunting and trapping season has been very productive. I caught a deer, a porcupine and several beaver. Now, I’ve got enough meat to last me until next year’s hunting season. I feel so grateful for the food.
For Thanksgiving we had some deer and two geese from the Brownfield Bog.
I watched the Lunar Eclipse during the winter solstice. Some friends and family gathered on the Bog. We sailed our sled on the ice and had a fire. We saw the first half of the eclipse and around 2:30am the clouds rolledin. We stayed around the fire until 7:30am and then slept until noon.
I visited Joan’s family in MA and thoroughly enjoyed seeing everybody.
Merry Christmas!
