I’ve has spent my life traveling around the world, adventuring and exploring the inner workings of the soul.
My adventures began with while growing up in Africa and the Middle East. My professional career as a rock and ice climbing, mountaineering, canoeing and wilderness guide have taken me all across Maine, New Hampshire, Alaska and Ecuador. My personal trips and expeditions have stretched even further and include reaching the summit Mt. McKinley, climbing routes on El Captain in Yosemite, and riding a motorcycle from Maine to the southern tip of South America.
In parallel to these outdoor adventures, my inner journey has included almost two decades of spiritual development. I’ve completed the Spirit Passages Two-Year Apprenticeship in Shamanic Healing which is taught by Allie Knowlton and Evelyn Rsydyk. I has also studied with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Avanti Healing Arts and countless other individuals.
I’m in the process of writing a book about my lifetimes worth of adventures and spiritual growth.
